The software fully automatically detects particles and particle collectives, determines particle size and shape, and segments predefined particle classes. Based on a robust, novel analysis algorithm, it supports a wide range of imaging techniques and delivers reliable results even in the presence of strong particle overlap or blurred images.
The optical image-based online sensors enable real-time monitoring of particle streams such as suspensions, crystals, powders, bubbles, droplets, and emulsions. We support customers along the entire development path from laboratory and pilot scale to full-scale production.
