With a high power density source in the THz regime a new world of applications opens up for research and industry. High resolution THz real-time imaging is one of the key application for this wavelength range.The sub-THz sources TeraSchottky close the gap between opto-electronics and microwave. And last but not least we offer the SIRIS SWIR cameras for high sophisticated Astronomy applications as well as any application were stability and sensitivity in the SWIR region applies.
