The NBNC at the University of Bayreuth is an internationally recognized competence center for nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy with a research focus on basic biomedical research, materials and polymer research, battery and energy research and catalysis. With more than 10 NMR instruments from 300 to 1000 MHz measuring frequency for liquids and solids, we offer measurements for higher-order structure of biosimilars (1D and 2D), metabonomics analyses of food (e.g. for multiparameter quality screening, for authenticity analysis or batch comparisons) and body fluids (clinical studies, diagnostics research) as well as measurements in porous media (host-guest compounds).
