CYRIS from INCYTON performs automated assays on cell cultures. Oxygen, cellular oxygen consumption rate (OCR), pH value, extracellular acidification rate (ECAR) and morphological parameters are measured in parallel in 24 well sensor plates using cellular impedance. Digital microscope images are automatically captured and analyzed with AI support. A 24-channel pipetting robot can be used to supply and remove active substances and different media for substance characterization, cell differentiation or identification of cytotoxic effects. The microfluidic flow over the cells and the possibility of O₂ adjustment (hypoxia) allow fully controlled physiological conditions with a high degree of repeatability and data density from one experiment.
