ETN is the company behind the world’s first commercial EME device, introducing a new approach to sample preparation in analytical chemistry.
EME enables highly selective extraction of ionizable compounds from complex matrices such as blood, plasma, and urine, while efficiently removing matrix interferences. The result is pure aqueous extracts ready for direct LC-MS/MS, with reduced sample preparation time compared to traditional methods.
EME is a green sample prep technology, using only microliter volumes of non-volatile organic solvents and extensive clean-up steps.
ETN-12 was named one of the new product highlights from Analytica 2024 by IBO, recognizing its ability to address analytical challenges beyond conventional SPE and LLE.
