puriSorb^® DNA Purification Kits from ⁴ward-NA^® are designed for a wide range of sample materials (plant, tissue, bacteria/yeast, blood, plasmid). After lysis, puriSorb^® enables DNA purification in a single step. Impurities are bound; purified DNA appears in the eluate. Purity and quality of the DNA allow immediate use (restriction digests, (rt-)PCR, genotyping, etc.). puriSorb^® offers high-throughput performance even in manual mode (one person cleans 10,000 samples after lysis in three hours with standard lab equipment) but can also be easily automated.
