OpenChrom^® is a multi-vendor and operating system independent software solution for chromatography and mass spectrometry. Its focus is on handling data files from various instruments natively. Hence, chromatographic data, generated by GC-MS, GC-FID, HPLC-DAD and other techniques can be handled without prior conversion. OpenChrom^® is tailored for data analysis purposes including processing, visualization and reporting. The implemented batch-processing allows high-throughput evaluation. It can be used for targeted and non-targeted chromatography as well as for the harmonization of data. More use cases are research in general or quality control in special. Customer specific workflows can be implemented under a proprietary license as an extension for the platform.
